Thanksgiving...what?

Well, I have been so lacking on pictures recently it is not even funny. I am going to ask the sister in law to steal her Camera to get off he pictures from Thanksgiving cuz we took them just not with my camera :)! This Thanksgiving has been a big count down for me this year...with a MILLION doctors appointments in the process it sort of hurried up the holiday. First we had my BEAUTIFUL sister in law and niece and nephews fly in from (Denver-inside story) Detroit to visit for 10 days. She has been gone since I think June and it was soooo good to see everyone. Brandon had to stay and work which made us all miss him a TON more but it was good to get what we could. We played cards *our thing* and ate nummy candy! Kids had so much fun it was nice. She left thanksgiving morning at 3 a.m. and the visit went tooo fast!!! Then Thanksgiving morning I woke up with a little sore throat but do with lack of sleep and we headed out to Aunt Danielles house Camerons sister for Thanksgiving Dinner. There were a TON of people there and the decorations were BEAUTIFUL. WE got to even eat Bison with out thanksgiving meal * I am picky so didnt try it * but rumor has it that is was OFF THE CHART good! That began at 11:30 and then we headed to my families house for THanksgiving. We were able to leave the kids at Danielles which made the next dinner relaxing and calm. We ate Thanksgiving at my parents which was great and Grandpa did great on the stuffing. We laughed, said jokes, and by the end of dinner it was almost 5 p.m. thats when the real excitement countdown anxiety comes...Yes its almost BLACK FRIDAY time. My family is ALL about the BLACK FRIDAY Holiday we call it. I do not care what people say the win of the toy even if in a week it will be the same price is fulfilling beyond measure. We have been prepping for weeks for this baby and with Walmart price matching we handed out our list and headed to Walmart by 7 p.m. THis year no map hand out so Steph and I pre-shopped the store, got things to price match, where everyone needed to stand, there was no competition baby! 9:00 p.m. the rest of the family lined up...Tim and TJ at movies and odds, Zack in line for his item, mom laying on the floor in line for a 5 a.m. item. Steph and I had toys, Cameron aka woosie in line with mom (sound asleep) 12:00 p.m. midnight here goes nothing...I got my whole list, Stephanie, in the crazy pushing boxes flying line, got it and survived, Tim and TJ about 200 movies and NOT EXAGGERATING and all the odds and ends, Zack first in line for his crap we were COMPLETED. Oh and BRandon called me from Detroit and he accomplished Walmart as well. WE all met back in our sections went through everything Mom, TJ, Zack, and Cameron headed home to sleep while Steph, Tim, and I got in line for our long wait. We froze half to death inside the store. Complained to about everyone about having shaken baby from being so cold finally we saw the store head manager YELLED for him. He came over. We told him it was freezing and he said I will see what I can do....Which in usual language means shut up I dont care but 15 min later there were assistant managers handing out HOT COCOA to us all. It was above and beyond anything I expected and I sure appreciated it. THey also handed out breakfast bars, 5 hr energy drinks, and gum. Come 5:00 a.m. we were successful with an extra price drop this year and Steph and I hit a wall. I layed in the car NOT FEELIN TO GOOD while Steph and Tim and my Dad went where they could. By 6 a.m. and a trip to Jack in the Box we went home. Now, Steph,Dad, and I have been sicker then a dog. Sinus infections, coughing, puking, and headache that wont go away! It was so worth it though! Happy Black Friday!!!! Now...off to plan Christmas, fun, festive, and lots to do! I PROMISE TO DO PICTURES :)
